I just thought you guys might want to see the greatest actor in television in some other roles than cheers.
December 31 9:30pm on Frasier
January 1 3 & 3:30pm on Who's Line on Comedy Central
January 6 4:00pm on M*A*S*H on FX
Those are just a few of his up and coming tv appearences. Enjoy!

i haven't seen him on Frasier. Why did he look bad?

I hate to say this. I really do; but he looked like he was one cheeseburger away from a heart attack.
He needs to get a healthier lifestyle going if he wants to live a long life.
Well if you noticed when cheers started out Wendt was a pretty heavy guy but as the series went on he began to loose weight but put it back on. Plus just a month ago he was hit with Bell's palsy but he is pretty much cured of that. It doesn't really matter to me though. He is still the best.
Janice 12-31-2002, 01:43 PM George looked the heaviest I've ever seen him on on Frasier. He didn't look healthy. Maybe he was sick with the illness you mentioned. Medication can bloat a person.
I think he's fantastic too, but you asked. :)
I'm not a big Frasier fan but that ep was pretty good. George Wendt looked the same as he did 2 years ago and the same on everything I've seen since then. Man, Carla was hilarious on that ep of Frasier.

I guess I hadn't seen him in years and wasn't prepared for the huge weight gain.

That's weird, because I heard somewhere that in his Cheers contract, he was supposed to gain weight before each season. So, it's weird that he would have lost weight when he was supposed to be gaining it.
yes they said he was required to gain weight before each season. i noticed they he had slimmed down during the 7th season but the weight came back.

yeah i posted that he would be above. He actually appeared on 3 episodes of Who's Line. The other one comes on later in the month at 9 am on a wednesday i think. so i'll be stayin home for that.
