I'm so dumb. Oh my god, dummy right here. I've figured it all out....the top is a curtain. That belt thing is to tie the curtains back. You know when you got curtains, you gotta nail a nail or a screw up so you can pull the curtains pack. It's a curtain tie back thing. :nod:
