I don't have anything special for Christmas Eve dinner, but on Christmas I have a turkey dinner. Pretty much the same thing I have on Thanksgiving.

We're having a sub sampler from Mr. Subb and a veggie platter, I think we're getting a fruit platter too. For Christmas Dinner, we're having turkey, stuffing, same as Thanksgiving.

Christmas Eve is like any other day in my house. In fact, I don't think there is anyone in Britain who has a special dinner on Christmas Eve.
On Christmas Day we usually have roast beef - noone in my house is particularly fond of turkey. I hate roast beef too though but my mother doesn't care about my preferences. As long as she keeps my father quiet she couldn't give a $h!t.

We went ethnic. We went back to the old ways and pretended Christmas doesn't exist. So we went out for Indian Food and played some old games from when I was a kid. My dad would tell the name of a character in Indian Mythology and I had to tell him that character's entire story. I went home later and read all the old Indian Mythology kids' books I used to read. It was interesting what I still remembered.

Anyway, we has beet soup, pierogi, fish, mashed potatoes, sourkraut, and Christmas wafers.
