Once I again I made a attempt to record a episode of Welcome Back Kotter and found myself hitting the stop button once again. I have to realized that WBK is not a show you keep in your sitcom collection, only somethng to watch on tv. It's a okay show but IMO I would not want watch episodes of WBK over and over again. I will not even try to watch tonight's episode on TV LAND.

Well look at it this way. If you ever have trouble going to sleep, you could always pop in a tape of Kotter episodes and watch them. Just think of the money you'd save, not having to buy over the counter stuff. :lol: :joke:

Not all shows ping for all people, that's always been stated. It may be a sleeper for you but it is not for a lot of people, me included.

So you dont like it but dont come to a board to bash it where the people there are fans of the show!

i guess i was kind of shocked because the pilot was so good and it seemed like after the pilot-the show jumped. the pilot episode is the only episode i have on tape.

The Pilot is one of the few episodes I have not seen. I just simply love this show and I can't put my finger on why. The nostaligia perhaps? John Travolta? I love the show ~ plain and simple.

You probably only looked at WBK to see John Travolta-LOL. So basically you were not a fan of the show, just of fan of Travolta

I LIKE THE SHOW. Having John Travolta in it was a bonus, not the reason.
