I know what you're going through, I hate waiting for the phone company, when they pull that Oh we'll be there around this time.
It's like "yeah we'll come over if we feel like it.

Well let's see, It's gonna be hot all week here in the Albany, NY area, 85 to lower 90's, today it was 92 and humid. Totally oppressive gang. Great swimming weather.
I stand corrected it's going up to 94 tomorrow

Been playing The Sims House Party.
Haven't created Chico yet though.
can't figure out how to make my own heads.

Also, back to work, did some proofreading today. I can't believe these people I work with. That's all i'm gonna say about that.

Chicofan, look forward to seeing you back towards the end of the week! Hope your phone line gets fixed!
It's been so hot here in KS; over 100 degrees for several days! I'm tryin to stay http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/cool.gif cool, been taking the kids to the pool a lot after work. Yesterday was my dad's birthday and had a little party for him.

Luvinjuan, are the Sims games as cool as everyone says they are? I'm thinking about buying one! They seem like a lot of fun!

Cheryl, have fun in Ohio! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wave.gif

(Chicosladyfair, LOVE the sayings at the bottom of your post! ROFLOL!)

Karen: Yes, they are as cool. It's alot of fun and the stuff you dream up for them is endless, You can build your own houses or use the ones already there. You have to get
The Sims before you can get Livin Large and House Party, which are expansion packs.

Cheryl: Have a great time in Columbus.

Chicofan: Good luck with the phone company,
and hurry back soon.

I found out that the check for the REEL SOUL magazine with Freddie on the cover made it to the seller finally. I bet you anything it doesn't come before Friday & comes while we are gone. Arrrgh! Pray that the mail between Baltimore, MD & here in Central VA is really fast! Mail has been sooo slow lately...

JennyLee: Sims are simulated people. It's kinda like they took the people out of Sim City and gave them a spinoff game. You can build them houses and decorate with all these cool things, They are clickable, so are other people in the game, a face shows up when you put your cursor on someone and leftclick a menu pops up, you can...

talk
joke
tickle
give back rub
propose
kiss
hug
play in bed

depending on who you click on.

If they don't like each other a minus sign shows up over their head. It's pretty cool.

Good week my foot! ;( LOL! I saw up for auction on the internet a beautiful Feb 75 issue of 16 magazine with a nice hot pic of Freddie on the front: http://images.andale.com/img/imageTemplate.html?img=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.andale.com%2Ff2%2F103%2F113%2F7008141%2F997070376872_16275.jpg

He looks so young & baby faced. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

When you see it you'll see why I wanted it.

Well it was $7.99 or buy it now for $20. With the vacation trip to hubbys sisters in OH we can't afford to pay $20 for it right now. No one had bid on it & I hoped it would stay that way so I could get it for $7.99. Today I saw where someone bought it now at the buy it now for $20. I am so crushed & mad LOL! I am an Ed Brown grouch LOL. Shoot I was gonna put the stuff on Freddie from it on my site to share with you all. I guess the person who bought it didn't know that. Sigh... http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif

Is there anyone out there that has a cpopy of that maga who could send me scanned pics of all the stuff on him from that mag? Thanks!

It's the same here! HHH! Heat index is 101 now! It's nice to see Governor Pataki is good for something! (I'm a former NYer myself! LOL) Enjoy your time off! I'm staying indoors in the AC!

Wow, have fun with the time off! It's 100 here in VA with a heat index of 115 or more. Yow!

I got my REEL SOUL MAGAZINE with Freddie in it that I bought over E-Bay! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif It was worth the price just for the HOT picture of his Prinzeness on the front! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif I learned some more about him. He had a Thunderbird! (My hubby had a blue Thunderbird but had to sell it after he got legally blind from the diabetes & couldn't drive anymore. I must have a thing for darkhaired me with T-Bird cars. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif Altho my hubby didn't have that car when I met him.)

I found out Freddie cries alot at sad movies. That's soooo sweet... I had figured he probably did since his Mom said he cried easily. (If I went to a movie with him & it was sad & he cried, I'd give him my hanky...)

It said CATM would be on tv along time & how he smiles when things are going bad. I think that was his problem-- that when things went wrong he smiled & never let anyone know so they could help him.

One article in it is about how the Mexicans didn't like CATM & the fact that a Puerto-Rican played a Mexican on it etc. All the pics are BW except for the HOT cover photo! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif It's getting steamy in here with this magazine! LOL! Heat index 150% farenheight! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

Yeah that's what I was thinking too about Pataki. Well I guess we're making up for last summer. Our summer, last year, was cool and rainy with very few warm days.

I love Summers like this one.
tons of swimming days.

But now, we're gonna have an exciting nite
We got like 3 warnings going on.

I got a while before this thing hits us.

Oh yes that Reel Soul article was wonderful, if sad at the end in its discussion of Freddie wanting to convey an anti-drug message, and in the way it said he would be around for a long time! Thanx mucho Cheryl and Luckymama for giving me a chance to see it! Love the cover photo and the one on the first page of the article, you can tell he was a dancer by the leap he is doing!

Here's another message from the vacationing Cheryl!.........

I read somewhere recently (might've been the REEL SOUL magazine) where Freddie's Mom said that when he cried alot at sad movies (In the REEL SOUL magazine it said he cried alot at sad movies) he would just bawl his eyes
out. She'd come in when he was watching a sad movie & find him sobbing in his
hankerchief. Poor thing I wonder if this was a sign that he could get upset easily over stuff? I think even if he hadn't been prone to suicide he still would've cried easily & cried alot at sad movies cuz he seems to be
such a softhearted person. I read in the LOOKING GOOD CD liner notes where it
said that Kathy said that even though he talked of suicide, he was excited about
the birth of their son. If that's the case, he should've been given help ALONG TIME AGO! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif So sad.
