He was put on "Read only" on his other two names. Read only is allowing a person to read the boards but not able to post. The only problem is that someone can re-register. Even if someone is banned, the person may not view the boards but he may re-register (the buttons are at the top). Unless TJ bans the IP, there is no other way to stop him.
