I used to have great Signatures, a lot of input, everyoneknew me, and I wrote the first ever 10 page division Fan fition (and the first 13 pg one too) so I deserve some respect. Join my fan club foo. Someone said that it was because non-Chritians don't want to write the 'Christ' in 'Christmas'. I said that I think it's just shorhand, and has nothing to do with being a non-Christian. Speaking for myself, being agnostic, I write 'Christmas" not 'Xmas" because that's what it is--Christnmas. So I wondered if you are just writing xmas the same as you might write 24/7 or some other shorthand.. My guess is that you hadn't given the religious conotations any thought, just like I hadn't.
