In the episode the "Pug Nose", Cheryl Holdrige (former Mickey Mouse Club Member)
is introduced in this episode as Gloria Kussak (Sp.?). As we all know she was also
in later episodes as "Julie Foster". Weird huh how the writers have cast member
with different names through out the run of the series.

Another interesting note is under close examination and several slow-mo video
play backs there is a shot where Beaver finds the box of Wally's nose contraption
under Wally's bed and picks up to reveal the address of the Cleavers.

I slow-mo this shot as Beaver brings the box close to the camera lens
and we can clearly see the address where the Cleaver's live. You can
read the name of the recipient Wallace Cleaver and below that
800 address at Mapleton Drive and next line Mayfield, but
cleaverly we see that Beaver's thumb hides the state where the
Cleaver's live...Rats!!!! I thought I got it this time.

Props for the writers and director for not revealing the state where
the Cleavers live but they were too cleaver as in the case of "Home
Improvement" where we never see the Tim Taylor neighbors full
face or mouth::mad:

That is clever of the writers to hide Beaver's thumb under the state of Mayfield. I wonder why the writers want where Mayfield is such a secret? Because on the classic shows I watch, they reveal the location. They don't mention it in "Mama's Family," though but in Vicki Lawrence's bio, she says it's in Missouri. Well, this is going on and on and on...

It is pretty clever. The writers want every viewer to think they live in their very own Mayfield. I live in the Mayfield of Georgia. Someone else lives in the Mayfield of Florida. Each town is a Mayfield. Each state is filled with Mayfield's. It's pretty crafty of them doing that.
