The previous thread about the florida kidnapper brought back memories of another similar case profiled on unsolved mysteries. In 1986, two youths, wearing heavy metal paraphenalia, entered the home of a man, murdering him and leaving his baby unharmed. They stole his car, and police found it in a river. Does anyone know the results of this case?

You might be thinking of the case involving two youths going on a 1988 crime spree that left four people dead. One of the victims was a young mother who was murdered (and nearly decapitated) by the two youths that entered her home. (Her baby was unharmed.)
The other three victims were: a black man who was lured to an isolated area; a man in his sixties; and his eightysomething father.
This crime spree happened primarily in Texas (in the spring of 1988), though one of the crimes might have occurred in Arkansas. The segment aired during the 1989-90 season. The murders were solved, and the two youths (whose names I can't remember) are serving their time in a Texas prison.
