You guys gotta come check this out! I just found this site this morning and apparently its still brand new! No one else has been there and its pretty cool...they're asking to build a whole DVD show community...I'm going to join! But its not going to be any fun if there's no Rob, Laura or any of the others! I think I understand fantasy role-play well enough, but with such a limited amount of roles to be played, how would this work? I mean, will we end up with 35 Robs, 45 Lauras, and 10 Richies, or do people just get lock out as all roles fill up?

What would probably happen is, after the main roles are filled, people are allowed to create their own characters. And that person interacts with the other characters in some way. Usually it's a friend or a relative of an exisiting character. I've seen it done on other lists.

Kristen, you're probably right. That's what it look's like to me. Only one Rob, one Laura, etc. and the rest added in. But it sure looks fun! I want to go back and post more, but I don't think it's going to be fun without having other characters/people to interact with. :( So far, there is only "Pickles" and the other one, the owner I guess, who's a secretary for the Alan Brady writing staff. That was a position I didn't think of! lol! Too bad! :D

But I guess I can go over and "introduce myself", like the first one did. Guess I'm too anxious to "play"! LOL

Thanks, Kristen and Pickles. I guess I *didn't* understand it as well as I thought I did. I didn't get it that you could create new characters in the Petrie world. I'll check out that website again.

I'll have to think about this one. I think I could be a good Rob, and that's not because I'd just want to spend as much time with Laura as possible (or is it?)!

The role of Rob is still open and there is already a Laura! :bighug:
