I think Lumpy was one of the funniest characters on Leave it to Beaver. He is one of my favorites next to Wally and Eddie. Sometimes he would act a bit childish, though. Like when he calls Fred Rutherford "Daddy". I love it when Fred and Lumpy argue. I think it's hilarious!

I like Lumpy too. He's my 2nd favorite character. Eddie is my favorite though.

Lumpy sometime got on my nerves though, like the time he tried to blame Beaver for losing his watch.

I like him. I feel sorry for him. He's stuck with Fred for a father.

Fred was always so funny about Lumpy. An example would be when Fred was talking to Ward on the phone, and after asking Lumpy something, Fred says really loud, for Ward's benefit on the other end of the phone, "Go back to your calculus homework, Clarence," and Lumpy says, "Gee, Daddy, you know I'm only taking algebra."

I think Lumpy's hilarious too! I too like it how he always calls Fred Daddy.

i thought lumpy was great i would always crack up when they would show him dancing.
