JennyLee can't get on the site... She did something on her profile (A question about cookies) and now she can't get in.

Can you help her?

I'm not sure if this will work or not, but can you get into your User CP? Go into Edit Options and look at the Login, Cookies, and Privacy section. What do you have it set on in the 'Browse board with Cookies' question? Try clicking the opposite of what you have it on.

I hope that works, but I'm going to click report to moderator and that way TJ will def. see this post.

Hi Jenny. You know what happened........ I had made a poll but, than I couldn't vote so I went to the usercp area and I changed a question about cookies and now I can't get on the site at all as JennyLee. I try to answer the usual sitcom questions and I can't get on the site now. It will not let me edit anything. I can't get on the usercp portion. I can't respond to anything. It's like I'm stuck as JennyLee. :lol:

Hmm. I just thought of an idea, but I'm not sure if it will work or not. What if someone on another computer tries to log into your account? You can try it out on me if you want. Private mail me through Sitcoms and send me your password. I can unlog my sn and my password and try logging in as you and I can try to edit your user cp. I'm not even sure that will work though. We can try.

Do you use AOL 7.0? It may not work voting in polls if you use it due to the way they handle cookies.

JennyLee, try logging out of your current account by hitting the below link - then relogin on your old name and password.

It seems like my name is stuck on the main user board (The one where the users are on the site).

I just logged out of my sn and I'm in your sn. I'm about to go into User CP and look at the cookies section and see if I can reverse anything in there.

Okay, here's what I'm going to do. Let's see if this works. I went to User CP and I went into 'Edit Options'.

Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies) yes no (this is set on 'No' and I'm going to leave this one alone)
Browse board with cookies? (this is on 'Yes' and I'm going to change it to No.

Email me if you still can't log in. Just log out of your Pitoeey sn. Just click on 'Logged' at the bottom of your posts and it will take you into another part. It has an option that says log out. Then go into another post and click post reply like you are going to post something and put in your JennyLee sn.
