Ok, I got this idea from the faking sick post. How do you pretend to have cramps? How does it feel? Where does it hurt? I never really had cramps before, but my when my mom does, she acts like she can't do anything! I'm trying to get out of a dance I have to perform in front of the whole school for a chrismas program, and its the exact same dance we did for the teacher of the year program. I don't think the group needs me anyway...

I dont fake cramps, i fake a fever or a bad cold whenever i need to. I can give good instructions on how to fake sick tho. In fact im faking sick right now :)

well, i think its different for different people but for me- well, your stomach hurts REALLY bad and you feel like you'll throw up if you move or eat, actually you just feel ick in general.
i sometimes get bad headaches at the same time too.

Yea I dont fake them...but when i get them i feel like i am gonna throw up and i cant move and my back hurts..and yea i ge them pretty bad...sometimes i cant move..they deff suck :mad:

Wow. I'm lucky I guess, I hardly have any pain at all. Maybe for 1 day and thats about it.

I've never felt like I was going to throw up and I can move, but you just generally feel like utter crap. My abdoman aches- not hurts, aches. Kinda like you wanna curl up in the fetal position and not move. Try something like that.

I don't fake them I get really bad cramps in my lower back, and my left knee.... And usually a really bad headache followed by hotflashes

I was 12...

IIIIIIIIIII get the world's worst cramps...I inherited them from my mother. I almost hadta go on birth control just to stop my cramps. But I found medicine for it. If I hadn't I woulda been passing out and throwing up from my cramps up until I had my first kid...like my mom. However I'm not having kids so yea. NEwayz...whenever I have cramps I'm squirming a lot...I'm ready to throw up...I'm dizzy...I'm crying...and I need the heating pad...well...that was b4 the medicine...but still...do that...and u'll be fine :D

I was 20, but I think you can get them from the start.

I had small cramps from when I first started, a few months after I turned 11...but the killer cramps I got when I was 12.

ive had them since i was 14 (in other words, from day 1)

I've had them since I was 12. My stomach usually hurts really bad. It feels like 3 people are sittting on my stoamch. Which is how I feel right now.

I don't fake them either- like some people have said.

Although I haven't felt like I was going to through up. I do feel like I want to curl up in the fetal position and not move. In fact, I have done that a few times because I get cramps so bad!! Usually my lower stomach hurts really bad, and my back also. I've gotten them so bad I couldn't stand up straight, and I was shaking. It's some majorly bad pain! I have a heating pad now- so it's a little better, but not much.

Oh, and my majorly pad pains didn't start until I was about...hmm 15 or 16. I did have a slight pain when I first started when I was 14, but nothing compared to what they are now.

I get a lower back ache, and I feel sort of gassy. I think it sort of feels like having a stomach flu. Also my boobs get really sore about a week before.

Half the time, I dont have to make up feeling the pain. The pain can bring me to tears sometimes. But, if theyre not that bad.. I just exaggerate and moan a lot. I cant take Pamprin..it gives me the cold symptoms..weird.

It hurts me really bad...you are extremely lucky if you've never had them.

When I get them, it feels like someone's punching me over and over in the stomach. It hurts so bad, but i'm a wimp. lol

Edited to add: I forgot to say when they started. It was really weird, because they didnt start when I started. I used to fake them all the time because I wanted people to think I'd already started, even though I was only 13 when I did. The cramps just started recently, like in June or July...you know, the summer, when you want to be outside, having fun. :rolleyes:

id mention it to my friends to make them think i had...since i was THE LAST of my friends to.

the girl to was next to last....the other girls told her that she was going to turn into a man instead...she believed them which is even worse....girls are SOOO mean sometimes. i barely talk to any of those friends anymore

To be honest I don't really get stomach cramps - it's my back that kills me! I have a bad back all year round but it always gets worse at 'that time of the month'. Sometimes I can hardly even stand up!
It's not too bad though. I know some girls whose periods last for about a week. Mine are only about 3 days at the most so it's OK.
