I am a Minnesota native and i have a sort of CATM related question.
In The episode I watched it today,Ed Needed glasses. In the beginning Ed asks if Rudy calls,and he tells Chico when Rudy calls to tell him that Ed has two tickets to tonights hockey game.
Is there another type of hockey(besides ice hockey)that can be played in California?
I hope this doesn't sound stupid but I'm not at all interested in sports so I don't keep track. I was wondering if there was another type of Hockey or if this was another blooper in the show.

California is home to two pro hockey team that I know of...the Anaheim Ducks, which is basically the same team as the mighty Ducks but for the big guys, not kids. The other is the San Jose Sharks which kick some serious butt. I, myself am a huge football fan and would have just loved it if Chico/Freddie had been into football. I know Freddie loved sports...does anybody know which ones?

The only California hockey team back then was the Los Angeles Kings. Today, there is the Kings, San Jose Sharks, and Anaheim Mighty Ducks and numerous minor league hockey teams in California.
