I was flicking channels and somehow my TV ended upon ABC. So i caught the last few minutes of this show and can't believe what I saw. The OLDEST child putting something down a older woman shirt in church. I thought the oldest daughter is supposed to be the mature one? This was a crazy scene and I honestly can say I will never lay eyes on this remade Married with Children sitcom called 8 Simple Rules.

Well it still didn't look good for the oldest child to be acting like that. I really didn't know what she was doing but it looked stupid.

It's a s-i-t-c-o-m. It's suppose to make you laugh. I know you like wacky type of shows and Married With Children. I know Kelly Bundy would probably pull the tag out and start beating her up or something and you wouldn't find anything wrong with that. Go figure...

I don't think Kelly would have done anything ike that. But the worst part of it all, the father just sits there and does nothing. John ritter is playing another passive role.

Kelly would have done that, or something similar, and it would have been funny. I am a fan of that show as well. The father did do something. What is so wrong about putting a shirt's tag back inside the shirt? It was meant to be funny. You make big deals out of nothing. Again, you only saw one little scene, and then you complain and get the wrong ideas.

Okay let me know if i mistake-Was the daughter trying to put the tag back on the old lady shirt or did she take it off and then tried to put it back on? And couldn't get back on and just put the tag down her shirt? is that right?

I'm not really sure, I will have too look at that again. I think she just put the tag inside back of her shirt. There are many people for some reason in this world that hate tags sticking out of a shirt.

So it sounds like she was trying to put the tag back on and the tag fell off-i thought they were playing a joke on the old woman

Apparently SOLOMON, you have a problem with everything. I think you should keep a journal with all these little nitpicks and problems you find in sitcoms and maybe one day someone will care to read it. I'm not trying to be mean, but you post the STUPIDEST questions here. You're like another LucyFan.

You're right; Bridget was sitting in back of the lady, then she noticed her tag from the back of her shirt was sticking out, so she sneakily tried to put it back in her shirt, without the lady noticing.

That's it; all she was trying to do was put her tag back inside her shirt, no big deal, that's all that's too it.

Last night's episode was pretty good, until Katey Segal starting lip-synching. They credited her for singing it on abc.com, and I was kinda looking forward to it. Then, the ending was a little corny (with Kyle as a present....jeez...Bridgette is a tramp!). But it wasn't such a bad episode overall, although the last 8/10 were stupid.

She did sing. She use to be a singer before her Married...With Children days. She worked for Bob Dylan I believe.

I thought the episode was pretty good, but when they all started singing "Deck The Halls" it sort of reminded me of something The Bradys would do..but overall it was good.

i agree i also thought that was really krony!, they probably should have left that part out when they started singing.

I agree, they all sing "Deck the Halls" together at the end of the show, which I thought could have had also been spruced up a little more, along with their neighbors lights being shot at the end of the scene, it didn't fit very well together.
