M3- Ya it is a little more complex then FF... But really wont be that hard to get used too... Plus I love the smilies they have here too.

TJ- I was wondering, on our old board we had a thread called the anything you wanna talk about thread... It was a thread we created so that we could just be ourselves, talk about our lives, rant about things..Listen to each others problems... It made our 70s community a really close bunch of people cause it allowed us to get to know everybody a bit better...Can I start up a thread like that here?

The avatar limit is 125x125/25000kb. You can also add photos to your signature.

ok well i was just wondering...i posted this on F4F and ill ask here too...if anyone knows how to make avatars would they be nice enough to tell me...they seem really fun to make and id like to make some for myself and for others..so if you know how or if there is a site that tells you how..would you like to tell me?

ok thanks about sending me an email :) but i was on some websites trying to find out how to make them and its saying that you need paint shop pro or something like that to make them...i looked around to download that but it costs money so im not able to get it..there was instructions on how to make them with just regular paint and i tryed to do it, but using pictures it seems impossible..i cant get the part of the picture i want in the right place and im having some other problems as well...so im hoping the email you send me will help me out...if not would it be too much to ask you to make an avatar for me?

I think this board is better because on the other one I was always being kicked off for no reason and I would ask the admins in e-mail why are you booting me off:confused: but they never freakin replyed... So screw them im here now and it rocks:lol:

This is so cool that the migration seems to be going nicely...Very pleased by this... I made a special avatar out of a drawing that Nutmeg did...

NYIC...You should turn some of your toons into some avatars too... They are really great and plus we can have really big avatars now so that people can see them in detail...

How to change your avatar...

Uptop there should be a little button that looks like this...

Click on it and it will take you to your prefrences I guess....and look for the link uptop that says Edit Options

Scroll to the very bottom of the page that loads and click on the stuff that lets you change to a custom avatar...

Well, after surfing around, I decided the largest avies I'll do are 90x90 and 15K... There are already so many little option graphics to load on each page, plus the other peoples avatars plus some really stupid signatures... It seems like there's a lot of wasted space and load time, so I'll keep my stuff small to help!

Yes, you do need PaintShop or something similar, plus Animation Shop to put it together... :( I got mine as a gift, but I think the software is $65... I will be happy to make you any avatar you'd like, just post what pictures you'd like, what you'd like it to say, etc!

yea i figured that...i think i could manage to make one with just one picture and no animation or anything but that would be pretty crappy...ill go around the net and try to get some ideas for an avitar...i defenitly want a wilmer one..im just not sure what i want it to say or anything...if anyone has any ideas for me id be happy to hear them..it doesnt really matter that i cant make them since i probly wouldnt be able to do a good job of it anyway

i also find alot of space is being wasted...the sigi's are huge and pointless and take up half a page but anyway..there isnt really anything we can do about it
