With all the rushing and shopping and commericalism, I try to remember the true meaning of Christmas and remind myself of the true meaning of Christmas everyday ... The birth of Christ.
Also I give thanks for all that I have in my life.

Yep, despite all the commercialization, I never forget the true meaning of Christmas.

Christmas is about the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

In honor of Jesus' birthday, we give each other presents.

I don't believe in God but my family does, I just like the holiday cuz I get money.

i think the 'true meaning of Christmas' is different for each person. For me the true meaning of Christmas is to just get through it and get over it.. i haven't belived in "jesus birthday" since i was like 5.. but for other people the true meaning of Christmas is to celebrate, what they belive as, the birth of christ. I don't think theres no set meaning of christmas. For me, the meaning of Christmas is the after christmas sales, ;)

Well the Preschool I work at is based in MY CHURCH so I cant forget the true Meaning of christmas EVEN IF I TRIED

yup!!

every year my family goes to a friends house for christmas eve- (this really really huge family, very italian, very chaotic, 9 kids under 14, tons of relatives, several pets, etc...but really awesome people) and a few years ago one of the children (Dominic, who was 4 at the time) asked why we dont sing happy b-day to Jesus. So ever since then we've had a cake and and we do sing. Its soo cute but it also helps remember what its all about.

Love and family... Getting together and being happy you have each other...
