My fave is Archie Eats and Runs. It all started out with Gloria sick with the flu. Archie pushed Gloria away because of the cold. Even Mike pushed her away. That wasn't a nice way to treat a sick person. Edith was making the family some beef and mushroom stew, Archie ate a whole dish of stew, until Mike heard the lecture about canned mushrooms and botulism. Archie was scared that he might have eaten the poisoned mushrooms. They were Pocono mushrooms. Archie was rushed to the hospital, but left Gloria home. Archie was in a rush for a checkup but the man with the broken arm was about to go first. Archie thought he was going to take medicine by the spoon but he was going to be given an intraveinous injection. It's funny how Archie screamed when anybody was holding his injected arm.

All's Fair - Edith was off the hook when she let Archie have it.
The Very Moving Day - The scene with Archie and Gloria brings tears to my eyes
Edith 50th Birthday - Powerful performances by the entire cast especially Jean Stapleton and Sally Struthers
Too Good Edith - The closing scene with Archie and Edith was the most powerful and touching betwen them
Gloria's Preganancy aka Gloria Has a Belly Full - Another tearful moment between Archie and Gloria when she lost the baby.
Gloria Discovers Women's Lib - LOL funny
The Battle of Month - That was definitely LOL funny.
Edith's Problem - Humorous approach to menopause
Where's Archie and Archie Is Missing - Surprisingly the cast pulled this episode off without Carroll O'Connor and I am glad they settled their differences. That particular episode had a good mix of comedy and drama. I laughed and teared up.
Edith Breaks Out - It was great to see Edith walking out on Archie than the other way around as always.
The Draft Dodger - Powerful episode (Frankly the best one of the 76-77 season)

That Lionel and Linda episode is funny. The funniest part is when Edit was trying to hide the picture of the two you know whos from Archie. Once Archie looked at the picture, he got so mad, he shouted and screamed "they're sitting together on the COUUCCCHHHHH!!!!!" and when the kids came out of the kitchen, and asked Archie what was going on, Archie replied, "THIS is going on" and he screamed and freaked out in rage "THIIIIIISSSSSSSS iIS GOING ONNNNNNNNNN!!!!!"
