What about weekend mornings? Since Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie are leaving a the end of the year, do you know the sked for the mornings?

Anyways, this schedule sucks. No ALF and no Facts of Life............

Everything else is the same. This is all subject to change. Bewitched and Jeannie are still listed, that could be a mistake or they now have it through May or so when TV Land gets it in June.

Their Sunday schedule reminds me alot of KDOC's daytime one.

The entire schedule sucks! No Mork and Mindy, No The Lucy Show, and No The Facts of Life. Come on, Hallmark can do better than that.

This is all changable, like I said. I don't expect Bewitched and Jeannie to be airing anyway in January, since they will lose the rights after Dec 31. Hallmark is slower in making schedules than TV Land.

Thanks Pav. God I hope it does change. I was actually pretty surprised at the additions of The Big Valley, Magnificent Seven and Hawaii Five-O. Not that I watch any of them, just surprised me, LOL. Gosh, Hallmark weekends remind me so much of TV Land in it's glory days (not that I had TVL back then, I've seen schedules and they are pretty similar in terms of having a Westerns block and Mystery/Crime block)

It seems like that would be the case, but if Hallmark had Jeannie and Bewitched through May, you'd think they'd keep airing it like they were in November. Odd. I hope the schedule does change, and it probably will.

Any idea why Hallmark is using older prints on all of the Paramount shows they are airing. So far Perry Mason, Hogan;s Heroes, Beverly Hillbillies, they are using the older prints with the viacom distribution in the end rather than the Paramount ones that TV land is using. Also, the editing on these prints is different as well. We had a local channel here last year that used to run these exact same shows (and prints for that matter) as well as Mork & Mindy, Laverne And Shirley, Hawaii Five O (I see coming in January), Lucy Show, Fugitive, Wild Wild West, Streets Of San francicso. Makes me wonder if Hallmark didn't get this exact same package since these shows are all owned by Paramount.

Frankly, I'm kind of surprised Gomer shows up over on Hallmark. I guess I should keep my mouth shut because Gomer is a helluva lot better than the Beverly Hillbillies.

I'm surprised by the amount of new shows that will be coming to their network, it's unbelieveable. I didn't expect the Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C was going to swap places with TV Land, even The Waltons, I can finally see some competition, LOL.

With the additions of the new dramas and "crime-stoppers shows", there line-up seems to be filled with a variety of new shows, it's overwhelming, I'll have to Hallmark more, often!

I'm sorry, but this schedule sucks. There aren't even any sitcoms on weekday afternoons. And Hogan's was pulled out from the weekday slot just after two months. I know someone will be mad.

What happened?!? Hallmark used to be great with the sitcoms and now they've just gone downhill! I think I just wasn't meant to watch classic tv.

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I want to ask it anyway. What's the point in buying rights for a show and showing them for 2 months and dropping the show from the lineup? It's cool to buy new rights for shows, but instead of showing certain shows 4 or 5 times a day I'd be showing just about every show that I could before the rights went out. Hell, I spent a lot on it. I need to get my money's worth. Really, what's the point?

Jenny, ICA. I mean, believe me I understand if a network AIRS a show for 2 years, but has a 4 year contract and decides to rest it for a year. No biggie there, but 2 MONTHS. I mean, yeah, I'm with you, what's the point of buying the rights, then either a) air them for a very short amount of time or b) not airing the show at all.

Most people seem to think this schedule sucks, but I disagree.

There must be people that want to see these shows, or else Hallmark wouldn't be putting them on. I happen to know that the Waltons have a following, and people were upset with TV Land kept showing the same season over and over, before taking it of after only about 4 months. There was even a petition to get the show back on.

I enjoy sitcoms, but TV Land seems to be the station for sitcoms.

It's refreshing that just maybe, older viewers are being listened to.
