This has got to be one of my favorite scenes from Chico and the man. It is right in the beginning.............

Episode 29

Scene - Avery Schriber (The gypsy) who plays the fortune teller just walked into the garage he has a suitcase and he's looking around....... He goes over to Chico.

Chico: (Reading a book with his back turned).

Avery (The gypsy): Is it a good book?

Chico: Yeah man! It's about UFO's. This professor claims that the earth has been invaded by "Dig this" weird creatures from out of space. He says they've taken human form and they're all aound us. My God... (At that point Chico turns around and looks at Avery Schriber and screams and clutches his heart - He thought Avery Schreiber was a creature)!!! This scene is hilarious..................... One of my all time favorites........

That was a very funny scene. It wasnt one of my favorite episodes though. I dont like the gypsy for some reason.

Jennylee,That has got to be one of my favorite scenes too. What an actor!! He really seemed scared didn't he? It was so funny I laughed and laughed.

Yes, Ed, Jr., I do have that clip on my site. I think that's actually the only time you ever hear Ed say Looking Good! I just couldn't pass that one up!!

Correct me if i'm wrong but, isn't Avery Schreiber the Frito Lay guy from way back when? I faintly remember this.

Great Choice Peko. I do think he was some Doritos man or Fritos or something i remember him from something and i cant remember what.
