The Holiday season's almost over, and Kmart said that they were closing more stores.

My local Kmart is in Carroll, Iowa and though Wal-Mart is next door, I don't think they'll close. They are strong!

They will prolly close another store in Des Moines or the Quad Cities or something like that.

Just as long as they don't close Carroll's, Webster City's, Atlantic's, Cherokee's, Red Oak's, Ames's, or the one in Des Moines on University.

Do you think YOUR Kmart will close?

i think mine will. *cries* its right by my house... But they almost closed once already but they decided to keep it open because its a poor town that its in and it was one of the only places people could get stuff, but now they have a target and a wal mart and a MALL so Kmart must die *sobs*

I wouldn't care if the K-Mart in my town was closed down. They're the only department store in town and the employees there seem to think that makes it OK for them to be as rude, incompetent, and unhelpful as possible. The store is always a mess too. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the nearest shopping center than drive 3 minutes to the local K-Mart. I'll take my businees to people who act like they actually want it.

I love in a small town in NJ, with a population of 1,700, near the border of Plainfield NJ. My KMART and school are in plainfield.

I wish they closed the K Mart here....They are evil. I am beginning to be against all K-Marts and WalMarts... I don't like them.

I hope they all close so then there will be no more posts on Kmart

i couldnt care less, i never go to K-Mart and i dont ever plan on going there.

I ****ing love them. Kmart and Hottopic are my favorite stores. I coudl live in KMART.

Well first off, there is no K-Mart in my town. The closest one WAS abot 45 miles away, but it closed when they first closed stores down. Oh well, I never went there anyway...I'm a Wal Mart lifer :D

The K-Mart nearest me closed a couple of years ago. I didn't care though because, Not to be rude, but I didn't like K-Mart. The store was always dirty, and I could never find what I was looking for. Once in a while I could find cute kids clothes, but it wasn't worth the trouble. And, on a side note, why are you so big on K-Mart?

kmart sucks. I only go there for the cheap money orders, and even those i cant get half the time. DEATH TO ALL KMARTS.

I could care less. K-mart is a dump. Target is better.

Yep, the Kmart in my town closed a couple of years ago. It sucked anyway. The super Walmart sucks too, but I guess it needs to stay open. They should've never built that store to start with. They destroyed a park to build it. The old Wal-Mart was better.

My local K-Mart used to be the best store, then it burnt down. They rebuilt it, but now they stock nothing but junk. They're worse than Ames was (Ames was always in horrible shape where I live). So I don't care if they closed that K-Mart down. The only reason I K-Mart to stay in business is because they may take some business away from the evil Wal-Mart.

The KMART in Londonderry is awesome. Always clean and loaded. The one in Newburyport Ma. is kinda iggy. It used to be the OLD Kmart, but the "fixed it up" to be the Big Kmart. The one in Salem's pretty nice too. They even have a sign saying something like... itll never close. I dunno. Something sarcastic. I love only the BIG Kmarts. The old ones suck. But ya, Target rocks.

The only thing KMart needs to get rid of, is Kathie-Lee. Good God, someone put us out of our misery!!!

And besides..KMart has Martha!!!!!:rock:
