was acting like she was giving up on life, being really depressed...

Can you believe it? I've managed to get that life I always said I lacked. Been very busy with school and life. I was afraid you all would have forgotten me by now, so I thought I'd drop by.

First of all I just want to say how sorry I am. I didn't mean to make anyone worry about me but I am very touched that you even noticed I was gone.
Thank you all so much for your concern but I'm OK. There's no good reason why I haven't been here over the past few weeks. See, I took a week off work so I could watch 'Celebrity Big Brother' which was on 24 hours a day between the 20th and 29th of November. I spent all of my waking hours watching that show and it became a bit of an obsession so I had very little time for anything else - the internet, sleep, food, personal hygene.....
Since the show finshed I've been at a bit of a loose-end. I've pretty much lost the will to even turn on the computer.

To answer a few points that were raised -

* I didn't shave my head. I came very close but the very day before my hairdressers appointment, the big boss guy came down from main office and gave everyone a lecture on how to "present ourselves appropriately". I thought that shaving a mohawk into my hair after that was a bit crass
* I am still drinking but I'm controling it now. I'm not about to try'n kill myself so you needn't worry about that.
* Unfortunely I still haven't found a nice girl. I doubt I ever will so I'm not gonna get fixated on it. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, it doesn't.

Anyway, like I said, I'm touched that you all missed me. It's weird - I feel so underappreciated by everyone around me yet you guys, who are millions of miles away and whom I've never even met, get real worried if you don't hear from me. That means a lot. Thanks guys.
