Someone had mentioned Hugh O'Connor(Carroll O'Connor's son) on the board a few days back and some of the similarities between him and Freddie. I heard a bit of sad, sad news today on the t.v. Carroll O'Connor passed away today of a heart attack. He will be so missed...but he is now with his beloved son. We'll miss you, Archie Bunker!
I just heard that a few minutes ago and was going to post about it.You know what they say,Great Minds think alike.Freddie FREddie,

Carroll O'Connor was devastated when he lost his son. Now he's with his son....... Sad but, true. "Rest in Peace Carroll" http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif.

I was sorry to hear about the passing of
Carroll O'Connor yesterday too. I read in the paper where All in the Family/Archie Bunker's Place was on tv for 13 years. I'm sure all his fans will be happy they have ALL those memories to look back on now either by tapes or tv. I sure wish CATM could have remained on tv for more than 88 episodes (actually less with Chico on). I've looked at all the CATM man tapes over and over and I will continue to do so. I WISH I HAD MORE though!!!!! I've got some of them practically memorized.
