ok- this is half a rant and half a what should i do post...

theres this guy i dated in 8th grade for about a month- totally didnt work but we still talk every so often. He's going out with one of my best friends who is an exchange student in south america this year. So shes not here obviously. So he just called me and asked me to a movie tonight....i got out of it saying i was busy but im so confused. i keep telling myself he meant it as friends but it sure didnt sound like that... guys are so weird.

I agree with you about the guys are weird thing. I also think that you should go with him next time, because you never know if he meant it as friends, or more. Besides, if he tries something, then you'll have some good reasons to prove to your other friend that he's a jerk.

Yea and guys say WE are the confusing ones! :lol: but you should go and if does try something hes a jerk so then kick him..lolz

You are right guys are very confusing.I was going out with this one guy for like a year, he dumped me the other day on the computer and not person to person, how stupid is that? he hurt me to much,and this is gonna be the end of it,cuz i'm tired of all the stuff and crap that him and his sister does..I just think its to childish in my opionion..What should I do? Just not talk to him nomore,or just put him on block and not worry about nomore?

you seem to have numerous problems with boys.

On behalf of "the guys," maybe he just wanted to see a movie. Don't look to deep into it. If he does try something with you, just tell your friend the truth. Otherwise, it sounds like you are perhaps looking at this thing a little too deep. Let me ask you, do you still have some feelings for the guy? I could be wrong, but it sure sounds like it.

well, ill let you guys know how it worked out since this was awhile ago- well, the next day he was following me around and told one of my friends some stuff. We talked and its been kind of some avoidance since then- but hes figured out that im not interested whatsoever.

I know what you mean.. See, theres this guy Todd at school. I really like him, and I KNOW he likes me...but he wont even tell me he likes me or ask me out. I've told one of my friends to tell him I liked him and to ask him if he liked me, too. He keeps saying 'She's cute', and his friends say he talks about me behind my back like I do with him(nothing mean, just making compliments about eachother). But anyway, I think you should go to the movies w/ him. Maybe he's just trying to show you that even though he's going out with someone else, he still cares and thinks about you(as a friend). Hope that helps...and sorry if you didn't want to hear my story about Todd, but I couldn't help but post it..lol:crazy:
