What songs/CD's help you fall asleep? Last night I couldn't fall asleep worth **** so I put on "The Young and the Hopeless" by Good Charlotte, and by the fourth song, I was half asleep. I was amazed, cause I have horrible Insomnia...

So, what helps you fall asleep?

dashboard confessional- i like it but its easy to fall asleep to
sometimes some incubus (the instrumental tracks and "softer" tracks) can help me fall asleep too

Also any kind of Classical moosic. I love Classical.

the slower GC songs work. But for some reason everytime I hear Ruby Soho by Rancid I get really really tired (even tho i love the song) and so that works too.

Cory Sipper...I fell asleep to that CD every night in Florida.

Any Jazz or "mood" music (Like that Sade kinda stuff). It knocks me out!

Actually, I fall asleep to my clock-radio set to KZOK 102.5 FM all night, so I sleep to classic rock. Sometimes I'll dream about a
song and wake up to the song playing on the radio...
