Not long ago I saw the Thanksgiving episode in which the Cunninghams are watching football in the living room and Marion comes in and turns it off (all while the Packers were on the 20-yard line!). Fonzie made a comment in regards to "Heidi", infamous for being the movie which preempted the November 17, 1968, New York Jets-Oakland Raiders game. (For those that don't know, the Jets were ahead 32-29 when, all of a sudden, TPTB decided to air the movie "Heidi", and the football fans missed the Raiders' comeback 43-32 win.)
Happy Days took place from 1956-1966 IIRC. Isn't this a little too early for references to the infamous "Heidi" game? Sounds like a production goof to me!
Oh, and at the end of the episode, Marion, settling down to watch television, commented that "Heidi" was still on.
