well it's our girl's favorite desert, what do we think about it. I personally love cheescake, especiall the assorted kind. I like rasberry cheesecake, Chocolat cheescake, and of course just plain cheescake will do too.

I love Cheesecake...but I must have something on it. I love strawberries and/or raspberries. My grandma makes a delicious pumpkin cheesecake to die for!

I LOVE Cheesecake....... Especially pineapple cheesecake. I can't eat it alot because of the extra poundage it brings on so I let myself have it twice a year. :crying:

I like to eat chocolate cheesecake. I like cheesecake with strawberry on top and also the cheesecake cupcakes/miniature cheesecakes also. My favorite dessert is chocolate cake.

My grandmother would always make cheesecake for dessert when our family visited for holidays. It was delicious, not like the phlegm producing ones you buy in the stores.

I've tried duplicating her recipe but even though she told me how she did it - I can't seem to get it right.

She was a great cook and I miss that about life since she died.

My grandmother spoiled me on her version of cheesecake. She would have it as one of the desserts for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I've tried to replicate it but it just misses her special touch.

OMG do I ever :heart: cheesecake! Once in a while I have a little - like 1/3 of a slice but mix it with some fat free ricotta - unfortunatly, cheesecake is bad for me health-wise, but once in a while I can have a little as a treat - I soooo adore it.

I'm grateful I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I love cream cheese and so adore cheesecake. I finally found a way to make a healthier much lower carb version. Use low fat cream cheese, some fat free ricotta cheese and sweeten with Splenda. Still fine tuning the recipe but getting there. Not anywhere near as rich as the regular versions but good enough for me.

Sometimes you have to make concessions to keep your health and this is one I can live with.

I like Cheesecake with the cherry topping but I only have it a few times a year.

The only time I eat cream cheese is on celery or banana bread. Other than that, the cheese sits in the refrigerator for months. I have to look at it to see if it is turning a bit pink from mold.

I've only tried it once. Never again. It looks like it should taste nice, but it really doesn't. Bleeurgh.

Many people just love cheesecake. I find it rich. I prefer creamy mushy type cakes such as boston cream pie.
