I first saw this show on Comedy Central and I became a fan right away. Anyone else?

I've seen bits of it before but it seemed a bit too weird!

The League Of Gentlemen is genius. One of the best British comedies in recent years.

In October the cast took over in "Art" in London's West End and were interviewed on BBC London's local news. They said there won't be any more TV series of TLOG, but there are plans for a film. :woohoo:

That's very exciting to hear that they may do a movie! I'm kind of in a League of Gentlemen void here. They won't release any more series on Region 1 DVD and it's very upsetting!

TLOG is one of - if not the - best British comedies ever!
I thought it was good when it was on Radio 4 but the move to TV made it even better (something which isn't often the case with radio comedies).
I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the new series. I felt that the 'sketch' feel of the first 2 series worked better than the 'one main plotline to each episode' approach they took to series 3. That's not to say that I didn't still enjoy it though and I would love to see a LOG movie made.

They never actually said there wouldn't be a fourth series, in fact a couple of members are quite keen to do one..but their energies are currently focused on the upcoming film.

I just started watching it on bbc-america but find it very confusing and not so funny..but I will give it another chance this Friday because I hear Laurence Llewelyn Bowen will do a guest splat, uh I mean spot..
