How strange that none of these "last episodes" are really last episodes in the grand style of finales. The real last episode of AITF was when Mike and Gloria moved away. "Too Good Edith" was the last one aired under the AITF title but the show did not end there, it just morphed into ABP the next year. ABP, Gloria, and the Jeffersons were all cancelled before they could produce real final episodes, these are simply the last ones that were produced before the plug was pulled. Real last episodes were those that are real finales, in the style of Mary Tyler Moore, Newhart, and MASH.

*sighs* Guess what day my VCR decided to die on? I can get the last episode of ABP in that day long marathon on the 31st, but Gloria I'll have to record in my brothers' room . . . and nothing I record on his VCR plays well on other VCRs. *sigh*
