In my eyes I think David Lee Roth cancelled his tour because I think it was too costly to do. Because when you get the general picture when singers and bands are starting tours they have a lot to consider from gas for the tour bus and tour bus upkeep such as new car batteries to oil changes and so on. Not to mention hotel expenses and additional expenses such as dining in restaurants to shopping for clothing for the band and singer to wear on tour and laundry expenses for washing the clothing.
