In this week with the Comic Lads, we break down the third & fourth season of the highly beloved (and often forgotten) The Batman (2004) show!
Coming off the coattails of Batman: The Animated Series, the creators that worked on The Batman (2004) had mighty big shoes to fill at Warner Bros. / DC.. Did they manage to pull it off and create something entirely of their own in the Batman mythos? Or did their depiction of the Caped Crusader and his eligible bachelor persona fall flat? Were their villains (such as the Joker, Mr. Freeze & more) hollow empty shells? And most importantly, how were Batman's allies (Dick Grayson Robin, & Batgirl) depicted? Could this very well be the BEST Bat-Family we've ever seen?
