When I first read about this episode online, I was worried for Clarissa Darling. Would this be a chiefly innocent crush? Or, would the plot explore deeper themes of grooming? Really, there’s an interesting reality check here as Clarissa’s crush crumbles – revealing the parasocial nature of her obsession.

Did this age-gap crush make you uncomfortable? Or, was this exploration of puppy-love a needed storyline?? I’m so curious. So, let me know!!
