I like The Golden Girls theme song, although I never really cared for the show. Same with Friends.

I've always like the "Cheers" theme song, though I never liked the show. I also like "The Beverly Hillbillies" theme but hate the show.:wave:

Who's the Boss would be another show i would not record but like the opening theme song.

Growing Pains had a good theme song (it was sung by B. J. Thomas, for goodness' sake!), but I never found the show that interesting.

That reminds me, when I was a kid there were lots of theme songs I enjoyed but never got into the shows themselves, including All Creatures Great and Small, Barney Miller (sung by Herb Alpert), Flo (sung by the late Hoyt Axton), I'm A Big Girl Now, and Masterpiece Theatre.
