Stephen Spinella and Jason Veasey have been promoted to series regulars of Fox‘s "Best Medicine", ahead of the show’s second season, premiering this fall.

Spinella and Veaset play husbands Greg Garrison and George Brady, respectively, co-proprietors of Port Wenn’s favorite eatery, The Salty Breeze.
