This thread is not for times when an actor's real name matches their character name, like when Bob Newhart played Bob Hartley on The Bob Newhart Show. Situations like that are a dime a dozen, and there is already a thread for that somewhere here. The examples I am giving below should explain my thread. For series regulars and recurring characters, not one off guest appearances or only a few times. If last names are there that fit the category they can be used as well. For sitcoms, dramas, and dramedies, but not including anthology shows like Alfred Hitchcock Presents.

Harriot Sansom Harris played Frasier's agent Bebe Glazer.

Faiths on Hope & Faith
