*le sigh* Today #739 aired, and after this Sci Fi isn't going to be airing any more episodes until December 16th! Whatever shall I do without my DS. Oh well.

I was just enjoying Lauras character. I can't wait untill it comes back. I read today how the whole werewolf thing started and it is GREAT!!! I can't wait!!

Also isn't DS delayed after the 3 weeks delay too? I think I read some where that on a couple of days on the week of December 16 DS is pre-empt again, is it? Or is that the following week?

From December 16-20, 10 episodes will air, like it regularly does. However, after that, there will be two more weeks of no DS. DS will come back on January 6th when it moves to it's new time slot at 8:00am.

OK thanks for clearing that up for me. I knew DS was pre-empted again in December but forgot when.

Hey when it comes back Sci Fi will pick up where they left off right? They won't skip any episodes? Because some one on the Sci Fi boards say they will, that they are going back to episode 524 I think. Would you know Sean? What happen to those monthly schedules you use to post, they were very helpful.

From what I know, they will be picking up with episode 740. On the Sci Fi website it's listed as 524, however this is the episode number that does not include the first 209 episodes. Then taking in that some episodes were numbered twice, you end up with 740. They list the episode that aired on November 22nd as #523. So, no, no episodes will be skipped. #524 was the episode number it was given when Dark Shadows went into syndicated reruns in the '70s/80s. That syndication run, of course, did not include the pre-Barnabas episodes.

I plan on starting to do those monthly schedules starting December 1st, when Sci Fi releases their January schedule. It will have both December and January. I just didn't think one week of episodes warrented an entire thread.

Do those numbers next to the characters name mean how many episodes they are in that week? Also thanks for doing that Sean, it is very helpful to fans.

Yes, those numbers stand for how many episodes that actor is in that week.

*sigh* It's gone for another 8 weekdays. I was getting back into the 1897 storyline too. *sigh* At least this gives me time to watch the DVDs.

I wish they had shown Jenny like she was before she went insane, during a flashback. It would've been interesting contrasting the sane Jenny and the cRaZi Jenny.
