I won't vote because I've never seen In The Beginning or Dirty Dancing. I didn’t overlook Dirty Dancing, but I was doing sitcoms and Google calls it a drama. I don't know if it had a laugh track. It's listed as a comedy/drama in The Complete Directory to Prime Time Network and Cable TV Shows and on the Wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirty_Dancing_(1988_TV_series)).
