I enjoyed all the crossover episodes between L&S and HD but was just wondering why no more crossover attempts in the 80's or either show?

In the 1980's the setting and the premise of Laverne and Shirley shifted to California. Happy Days was set in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Another thing you should remember is that by the 1980's the original premise of Happy Days was almost completely changed (Ron Howard and Donny Most had left, the '50s were over, etc.). That's all I can give you.

Well i'm sure the writers could have figure out something since L&S were still on their show and Fonzie was still on HD during the erly 80's
