Irish folk singer and lead vocalist of Clannad passed away yesterday at her home, surrounded by family. The world has lost a truly wonderful person but Heaven has gained an angel. My condolences to her family, friends, and fans.

Moya Brennan is Enya's sister? I didn't even know that and i'm an Enya fan. I knew that Enya got her start in Clannad because that group was composed of Enya's siblings and Enya appeared on her only album with Clannad in 1982 but left in 1983 to pursue a solo career. Moya Brennan also appeared in the soundtracks of the Disney Tinker Bell movie series
