David Zayas & Stephen Bishop Join "R.J. Decker" in Recurring Roles

David Zayas (Dexter) and Stephen Bishop (Moneyball) have been cast in key recurring roles in ABC‘s "R.J. Decker", the hit drama series inspired by Carl Hiaasen’s novel Double Whammy.

Zayas is Emi’s (Jaina Lee Ortiz) father, Victor Ochoa, a powerful and corrupt state senator who used his influence to ensure RJ was sent to prison.

Bishop is Bruce Vinkour, a wealthy real estate developer Emi enlists for help when her father lands in RJ’s crosshair.
