Great actor because he could play the annoying character easily. I picked Dr Tom Miller. Some last few good comedy scenes between Jack and Janet before it would shortly end. Joyce remembers this episode as one of her favorites because she kept laughing during the scene when she would offer the crazy doctor..........nuts?

"Two Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" is my favorite Three's Company episode so it's an easy vote for me.
