A nice surprise I found when checking TV listings: GSN's former original The American Bible Challenge will air nationally on the CW for the first time. It will start from the beginning this Friday, April 3 and will air Fridays at 9:00/8:00.

When GSN announced the debut of The American Bible Challenge many people thought it would be an odd choice and thought it would be a game show that would fit on Dove Network not GSN and so when it finally made it's debut GSN already was having monster hits with the hugely overhyped The Chase and Bill Engvall's Lingo revival and a game show devoted to Bible trivia seemed odd. But The American Bible Challenge was more than just a game show it brought teams of charities together winning money for great causes. It seems wise why Jeff Foxworthy was chosen to host this show and they could've chosen Amy Grant or Cece Winans to host this show but I think why The American Bible Challenge got cancelled after three seasons was because the show kept changing formats and adding concerts with Kari Jobe and Mary Mary didn't help it at all. It seems surprising that repeats of The American Bible Challenge are airing on The CW because they'll most likely use it in honor of Easter

I hope the CW airs seasons 2 and 3 of The American Bible Challenge. But if they do it won't be for awhile. Season 1 finale is May 29. Then the next Friday Totally Funny Animals returns at 9:00, with Penn and Teller repeats still airing at 8:00.
