Let me say for the record, I'm not a collector, don't have anything to trade but I can possibly give you a lead.

In November of 2019 there was a discussion (started by me) about the YouTube clip, during the discussion someone responded that they did have the pilot. His last post on this site is from 5/9/24, here's the email address he gave during the 2019 discussion:
