Bill Mumy reunited with his TV siblings for a special get-together more than 60 years after they first worked together on their classic TV series. On March 17, the Lost in Space star shared a photo (https://www.instagram.com/p/DV_TlX3oG6a/) after posing with Angela Cartwright and Marta Kristen, his co-stars from the beloved 1960s sci-fi series.
“Spotted on Earth yesterday, Judy, Penny & Will Robinson,” Mumy, 72, captioned the post.
Cartwright, 73, also shared the photo (https://www.instagram.com/p/DV-b1ucFcD3/?img_index=3) along with the explanation for the sweet reunion. “A lovely day lunch with ‘Lost In Space’ siblings and June Lockhart’s daughter Junie. Nothing better than throwing around some memories and stirring up some good times,” she wrote.

Fans Reacted to the ‘Lost in Space’ photo
From September 15, 1965, to March 6, 1968, Mumy played Will Robinson, while Kristen played his older sister Judy, and Cartwright played his sister Penny on Lost in Space. The former child stars’ parents were played by Guy Williams, who died in 1989, and Lockhart, who only recently passed away in October 2025.
Nostalgic fans reacted to the new photo shared decades after Lost in Space first aired on CBS.
“The kids!!!” one fan wrote on Instagram.
“It's great to see you all together,” another wrote (https://www.instagram.com/p/DV-b1ucFcD3/c/17954155521085141/).
“How awesome that you stayed great friends for all these decades,” a third chimed in (https://www.instagram.com/p/DV-b1ucFcD3/c/18076023641411676/).
Bill Mumy considers his ‘Lost in Space’ castmates to be ‘family’
Fans have seen Mumy reunite with his co-stars at fan events over the years, but it is rare that all three Robinson siblings pose together.
In 2025, the actor and musician told ReMind magazine (https://www.remindmagazine.com/article/31808/june-lockhart-100th-birthday-lost-in-space-bill-mumy-health/) that he considered the cast to be family and always kept in touch with them.
“Well, Angela and our birthdays were always celebrated on set with cakes and stuff because we were kids,” Mumy recalled. “The rest of us, we knew people’s birthdays and throughout all of the decades sent birthday cards and calls and things like that. It’s always been and continues to be a real kind of unconventional family. Everybody got along really well.”
In October 2025, Mumy posted to his Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/p/DQPpQldkseX/?img_index=1) following Lockhart’s death at age 100. “Goodbye to the brilliant June Lockhart,” the Lost in Space alum wrote. “A one-of-a-kind, talented, nurturing, adventurous, and noncompromising Lady. She did it her way. June will always be one of my very favorite moms. 100 years here. Wow! R.I.P.”
