The Neighborhood premiered in 2018 with Cedric the Entertainer starring as Calvin Butler. A year later in 2019 Dolly Parton's Heartstrings series premiered. In episode 6 there was a character with the same name of Calvin Butler, he was also black. Heartstrings Calvin had a very small role, though.
