OK, It's 3:40 a.m. and I am busy working on two papers and a lesson plan that I have to teach and be evaluated on tomorrow. So, of course, my mind is wanting to play and think up crazy topics. So, humor me on this, and you might find it amusing too.

I have this theory that Charles In Charles is actually a spin-off from Happy Days. Did you ever notice that Scott is named Charles in BOTH shows and Ellen Travolta is his mom in both shows? So, here is how I think Charles is still Chachi....

Chachi and Joanie split up and Chachi got so depressed he turned to drunking. He became despondent and rude and drove all his friends away. He sporadically tried getting a job, but he could never hold one. Not even Fonz could reach through to him. What fans he had as a singer, he lost when he hit his big slump. He was so unhappy that he decided to move away. His mom could not just let him leave alone, so she followed, but Al had a big business venture in Chicago and could not go with them. Chachi changed his name back to Charles just to blot out any memories of his unhappy failure with his band and marriage. He was so upset that most people just avoided him all together. He went on this way for years until finally a guy named Buddy felt sorry for him and befriended him. (This explains why Charles was friends with someone as dumb as Buddy....forgive me if this sounds like an insult). Buddy cheered Charles up and convinced him that he was not a failure and that he should try thhings on a new slate. So, Charles decided to attend a college and earn some type of degree in hopes of gaining back his dignity and self respectibility. He worked out an agreement with the Powells that if he watched the kids, he could live in their house while taking classes. The reason why Charles had so many girlfriends was because he was a Fonzarelli but these powers didn't kick in until later. And, finally, Charles (formally, Chachi) found his place in life.

OK, back to studying for me!

Haha, that's great! You should write a HD/CIC filler episode and go into detail with your idea! :happyface

Oh..I completly agree with the whole spinoff thing. I mean..Ralph *ahem* Donny even made a guest appearance once! I just think its a spinoff for the future. Remember Mork lived in the future?? Yups!:D Except now its what life wouldve been for Chachi if he had lived in the 80's.

Ack! It looks like it, but nope. That's what I get for staying up all night. And just think, I typed up and handed in a paper that morning! Who knows what's in it....I could have written about Chachi instead of teaching....or maybe how Fonzie helped Joanie when she taught at Patton High.....I'm sure my professor will LOVE that! *LMAO*

I might do that. You never know. I'm not a CIC buff, though, so I could only go from where HD leaves off until the very beginning where CIC picks up.

I added a new installment. Feel free to read it and comment accordingly. I'm not sure if it's as good as my last, but I thought it was funny. There are mostly just jokes-- which people may or may not find amusing, I'm not sure right now.
