For me there’s 2 that really stand out. The first is in Strange Bedfellows (Season 2 Episode 4) when Jack pulled over his blanket to find Mr Roper sleeping in his bed the morning after Jack threw a party and the background laughter made it even better and more hilarious. The Second is in The new landlord (Season 4 Episode 3) When they were in the kitchen cooking dinner for Mr. Curley and when Jack came into the Kitchen he slipped, bumped into Janet which caused Janet to bump into Chrissy while she was holding the turkey which then caused her to drop it outside the window while also breaking it and Jack then shakes her and try’s to hit her but luckily Janet avoids all that, I was absolutely dying laughing for 10 minutes straight I kept replaying it over and over again.
What about you guys?

Jack: Maybe we could sell something.
Chrissy: I've only got one thing worth selling and I was hoping to save that till I got married.
[the other two look at her in shocked silence]
Chrissy: My grandmother's wedding ring

The funniest and greatest seen by far is Jack’s solo one man show in Up In The Air. Hands down and nothing else comes close. Just off the top of my head second would be the the pilot, when Roper goes to Pattikins “take off those close. You see they’re not real. ‘ Clunk
He touched my boooosoms.

To me, the funniest moment of the entire series is in a single word: Nuts?
No wonder Joyce lost it on that one.

When Larry seduces the "older woman" and the Ropers walk in.
When Mr Furley comes up to the apartment with a blow torch to cut off the handcuffs and says "Jack, Im here to cut the....................roast beef" when he sees the police officer
When Helen is hiding in the shower with Mr Roper's best friend and she looks out of the shower curtain in Helen's Rendevous
All the dances with Jack from Up In The Air and All That Jazz
In Eleanor's return Jack trying to get back every piece of saw dust cake he passed out and then Roper turns around and says "jack this is delicious"
When Jack goes on a date while still handcuffed with Chrissy at the Beagle
When Jack and Chrissy are hiding in the kitchen from the police officer and put on a show eating cake
Anytime (https://www.reddit.com/r/threescompany/comments/1fxqyq0/who_else_loved_when_mr_roper_would_look_at_the/) that Norman Fell as Mr. Roper would break the fourth wall (https://www.reddit.com/r/television/comments/6gajzu/mrroper_breaking_the_4th_wall_in_threes_company/) by glancing towards the camera with a goofy grin on his face:
