2008 was a brutal year for network comedies. From failed remakes and low-rated premieres to shows that never even aired all their episodes, these sitcoms disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived.

In this video, we’re counting down 10 forgotten sitcoms from 2008 that were cancelled after just one season — including Under One Roof, Factory, Welcome to The Captain, Do Not Disturb, Unhitched, Testees, The Return of Jezebel James, Miss Guided, Worst Week, and Kath & Kim.

Some were ratings disasters. Others had solid premieres but couldn’t hold an audience. And a few might have actually deserved a second chance.
