I agree with several of these. Too bad "Happy Weekend" is not on the list.

"Happy Weekend," "Beaver Runs Away," and "Nobody Loves Me" should be on that list.

"The Grass is Always Greener" should rank higher.

I'll have to think what to bump to make room for them. For instance, "In the Soup" is a funny episode, but I'm not sure I'd rate it no. 1. Some good comedy in the Weekend Job episode, but a minor message from Ward about losing your temper.
