Have any of you ever heard that song "Black Betty?" Its from the 70's. It has really awesome guitar and drum solo in it. I just have it stuck in my head so I thought I'd ask if any of yall had heard it.

"Black Betty" is the one hit by a band called Ram Jam. I remember that song when I was a kid. I didn't really care for it at first, but the last few times I listened to it, I thought it was really cool. It jammed.:guitar: :guitar: It came out in 1976. I was thinking, who does this sound like?...kinda funky, really wild. I thought it was silly when some friends told me it was a "racist" song, and I'm thinking, WHAAAAAT????:confused: I didn't get that at all, someone was prolly being a little PC. I think you'll have to
look around for the album in used record stores.

I've got it on my "Goin South" CD. I love southern rock, and that is a great song to jam to. :guitar:
